Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date. Freight on all returns must be PREPAID. In order to return a product to PC Parts, Inc., you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from your salesperson. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
