This item is sold with a 30-day warranty, the seller reserves the right to choose to either replace or refund at our discretion, based on the availability and feasibility of replacement product.Items returned for warranty replacement or refund will be subject to return shipping at buyer's expense. Shipment of replacement items will be done at seller's expense (Ground shipping). In the event of refund due to product failure, full purchase price will be refunded to buyer within three business days following receipt & inspection of return. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing, insured for purchase value. No Refund will be made for shipping costs. Should Seller accept a return of working product, or if buyer requests an exchange, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, based on the final selling price, with a $5.00 minimum. For items that may occasionally be received damaged in transit, buyer must notify seller immediately upon receipt. Original packaging must remain intact. Seller will initiate a damaged claim with the appropriate carrier, and determination of refund/replacement will be made by seller following carrier's inspection of the damaged package. Items Shipped to destinations outside the United States will have any and all warranties voided. Shipping information Shipping via UPS, buyer can specify ground or air. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. International Shipping $15.00 service charge will be applied to international shipments. Warranty will be voided on items shipped internationally.
