PBX-308I FEATURES 1. 3 CO lines and 8 extensions · 3 CO (outside) lines and 8 extensions. Any one of the CO line can be accessed by all extensions. 2. Direct/indirect CO lines access option · User has the option to access CO line directly by dialing the telephone number directly or indirectly by first dialing '9'. 3. Secretary assisted dialing · The secretary can make outgoing calls from any extension and then transfer the call to any extension. 4. Toll restriction scheme · Long-distance dialing can be disabled on any extension by restricting the dialing of certain numbers. 5. Password protected CO line option · Outgoing calls and long-distance dialing on any extension can be restricted by the use of password. 6. Time limited forced disconnect · All extensions can be programmed to disconnect outgoing calls after a certain period of time (in minutes). 7. Caller ID transfer (FSK/DTMF/Bellcore) · Caller id can transfer freely from one extension to another. 8. Automated attendant · Greets caller with a prerecorded message (OGM) and then connects the line to the appropriate extension. 9. Attendant call selection (incoming call route selection) · Incoming calls can be transferred automatically to a programmed extension with the attendant on duty/operator. 10. Do not disturb · Extension with this feature turned on will not ring and the call will be transferred to another extension. 11. Call hold transfer · Incoming call can be put on hold and transferred from any extension without any limit even on misdials. Incoming caller listens to music during the transfer. 12. Secretary assisted call transfer · The secretary can first talk to the person at the extension requested by the caller before transferring the call (to avoid taking unnecessary calls). 13. Transfer with no answer · The incoming call will be redirected back to the extension first made the transfer if the person at the requested extension does not answer. The caller listens to music on hold during the transfer. 14. Incoming call pick up · Incoming calls can be answered from any extension. 15. Internal (intercom) calls · Intercom calls can be made between different extensions. 16. Compatible with most communication equipments · The PBX-308I can be connected to telephones, fax machines, computers and other communication equipments requiring an analog phone line. 17. Transfer if busy · All Incoming calls will be transferred to another extension when the requested extension is busy. 18. CO line grouping · CO lines can be programmed to be answered by certain group of extensions. 19. Three party conference call · Three party conferencing for both incoming calls and intercom calls. 20. Incoming call alert · Persons at the engaged extensions will hear a special tone alerting them that there is an incoming call. 21. Power failure tolerant · During a power failure 1 extension remains functional for both intercom and CO line calls.
